Shipping & Handling
Domestic Shipments - During checkout, you can select a shipping service. If a free shipping option or a flat fee is available, the order is shipped via Canada Post Expedited, UPS or Purolator and delivered within 2-7 business days for most provinces.
We ship 95% of our orders in 2 business days. If we can not fulfill your order in this time frame, you will be informed about why your order can not be fulfilled; then, you can decide to wait or cancel the order.
In case of warranty or exchange, replacement products are shipped via Canada Post Expedited and delivered within 2-7 business days for most provinces.
If, for some reason, your package gets "returned to sender," you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to get the package back to us.

Lost Packages - If, for some reason, your package becomes lost or stolen, please let us know so we can start a claim with the courier. We will ship another item or process a refund when the service provider contacts us about the claim. If you are concerned about theft, please use a shipping address to a business or other safe place. We are not responsible for stolen or miss-delivered packages.
International Shipments - You can select the courier, shipping service and rate during checkout. Couriers may have fees associated with their delivery. We, Shark Electronics Ltd., DO NOT pay duty, fees or taxes on international shipments - these fees are the buyer's responsibility. By placing an order on this website, you understand and agree to pay all fees associated with the delivery of your product and that Shark Electronics Ltd. is not responsible for such fees. We cannot estimate the cost of these fees, and we urge you to research them before purchasing from us. You are also responsible for checking before ordering if the product can be imported into your country.
